SHIPPING + DELIVERY

DOMESTIC (within Australia):
Australia Post Standard $10.00 (AUD) - Up to 10 business days
Australia Post Express $15.00 (AUD) - Up to 4 business days
INTERNATIONAL
Australia Post Standard International $25.00 (AUD) - Up to 25 business days
PLEASE NOTE:
Once your item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email to track your order. Please allow 24 hours for Australia post to register your tracking number.
We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched. For any lost or delayed items please contact Australia post directly, this will be the most efficient way to track your item.
To avoid disappointment and delays please ensure that all information provided at checkout is correct. Once your order has left our warehouse we cannot alter these details.
International customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is delayed please contact the postal company of your country to avoid delays in customs.

RETURNS

To lodge a return please email hello@thecowboystudio.com.au with your order number and reason for returning. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
You will receive return instructions via email. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. Returns can be refunded for the full amount (not including shipping) providing the items are brand new (return lodged within 7 days of item being delivered), undamaged and unworn.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and providing tracking information.
If item was purchased using a shipping discount code (eg. a code providing free domestic express shipping) the discounted amount (eg. $15.00 domestic express shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
